QUBE opened its doors in October 2006. The entertainment venue features dancing and live music in a multiple-leveled space that can also be used for product launches. It is billed as having facilities to fit 1,500 patrons and entrances large enough to drive through a double-decker bus – a first for Doha.
QUBE demanded a logo that reflected the energy of the place.
We used basic square and rectangular shapes to form the letter “Q” and the vibrant process colours of cyan, magenta, yellow and black as the dramatic colour palette to add a bit of theater to the design. The logo, shapes and colours have been integrated through all aspects of the interior and other applications such as signage, menus, uniforms and napkins. |
