The challenge:
Techno Q, Qatar's leading low-current systems provider, and contractors for audiovisual, security, lighting, fire and sound systems, needed a rebranding of their identity. The existing image was dated and unappealing, and they needed a fresh look for the new year. The necessary rebranding was exhaustive and needed to cover all communication for their seven business categories whilst maintaining an overall consistent look and feel.
Creative response:
The brand mark was typographically developed, emphasising professionalism and transparency. The brand colours were developed to represent vibrance, vitality, warmth and modernism, hence the bright orange. This strong and positive colour palette helped keep the brand image distinctive as it was developed and a whole universe of Techno Q communication was created with a dominant bright orange shade. Adding to this was a 'waves' visual device inspired by technology and science; this helped cement the brand into its core business units as a firm that dealt with modern state-of-the-art technology.
The result:
The meticulous work put into the creation of a sweeping refreshment of the Techno Q brand paid off when all the brand communication was unveiled at once at a large scale brand launch event in december. Seen together, all the elements fit in together perfectly and consistency in the look and feel was unmistakable. The entire brand now has a new, premium and much more professional visual identity; the simplicity of the elements reinforce the companiy's values. |
