Qatar’s love affair with the most iconic motorcycle
brand in the world can now officially begin …

 
 
 
 

One of the most famous motorcycle brands in the world has just opened its new concept store in Al Wakra with the aim of introducing this iconic brand to Qatar and stimulating interest in the unique pleasures of riding and owning a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

The concept store was first established in the USA, and has been catering to the countless needs of Bikers and Harley-Davidson lovers ever since. The Al Wakra store will stock a range of the inimitable Harley-Davidson (H-D) motorcycles, imaginative gadgets, accessories and exclusive Harley-Davidson merchandise.

To meet the requirements of the Harley Owners Group and create an environment where the Harley-Davidson values and experience can be shared, the new showroom has been designed with a room totally dedicated to the Harley Owners Group members and fans. This contains a pool table, foosball and more.

A different approach to presentation and merchandising has been employed. Themes indicate different areas within the shop and special music and H-D colours are used to create a fun, pleasant, and exciting shopping environment. In line with these innovations, the management has put in place a training program for beginners, both male and female, to induct them into the H-D’s family traditions and spirit.

The external branding of the store, with the H-D corporate colours and logo, gives the building an attractive look.

The showroom features a display of motorcycles where buyers can check them out closely with qualified assistance and get an actual feel for which bike would suit their individual tastes. Furthermore, the new “Look & Feel” Harley-Davidson store has a special section for Buell sports motorcycles, offering an even larger choice to customers.

The H-D set-up was conceived to create a modern shopping experience on a par with international standards. The Qatar showroom will demonstrate once again Harley-Davidson’s unique market position, as well as its impressive and forward-looking expansion plans.

Having successfully established Harley-Davidson as a one-stop-shop for bikers around the world, the management is now focusing on creating a relaxed, comfortable and entertaining environment for the entire family.

“The H-D philosophy is not about speed; it is more about the ride, sharing the experience and how much fun you get on the way” mentioned Lidia Sobral, Operations Manager at Harley-Davidson Qatar.

As part of the launch, Harley-Davidson is announcing its tie-up with one of the most prominent dealers in Qatar, Nasser Bin Khaled (NBK).
