The challenge:
Al Madar Group is a leading Doha-based property developer throughout the Gulf Region. The brief was to create a name, a visual identity and a corporate brochure for one of Al Madar’s high-end business developments, located in Dubai within Dubailand.
Creative response:
Our objective was to develop an appealing “Look and Feel” that underlines Al Madar’s state-of-the-art developments and the unique character of the building. Based on the architecture of the building itself, grow developed the Big Idea concept as “Italian Inspiration”. “Bellagio” is a well-known upmarket area in Italy,
the logo is simple and elegant and reflects the Romanesque style.
The result:
The resulting high-end brochure is putting emphasis on the unique architecture, thus standing out in a highly competitive market further reinforcing Al Madar’s positioning and differentiation. |
