Against stiff competition, including multinational ad agencies, grow has won the Al Houara Branding account for real estate investment and development company Qatari Diar.
Al Houara is a premium tourist resort on 234 hectares. It includes a five-star hotel, luxury villas and apartments, championship golf course and 2.5 km of sandy beaches only 25 minutes from Tangier, Morocco.
Qatari Diar's brief is to brand and create promotional material that would result in international awareness of the newest Qatari Diar destination. The focus therefore is to highlight what it is and what it offers in a memorable and impactful way and to communicate its positioning as the premier real estate development in Morocco.
