grow Managing Director, Anthony Ryman and Creative Director, Garry Behling have a combined experience of over 45 years in advertising, marketing and design with a focus on brands and corporate communications, covering three continents and five regions: Europe, North America, The Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

Collectively, they have both worked for some of the most imaginative, innovative and original agencies,developing creative solutions for many of the world’s leading blue-chip company.

 

 

Anthony Ryman

Anthony brings years of experience in branding as well as a long track record working in the Middle East. Prior to Fitch: London, he was Business Development Director for international corporate identity consultants, Henrion Ludlow Schmidt, where clients included Deutsche Bank and Mercedes-Benz. He was also a director at branding and design agency Glazer in London, where clients included JP Morgan, Heart Foundation, Bluewater, National Portrait Gallery and Heathrow Express.

In the Middle East, Anthony started his career in Dubai as a banker with British Bank of the Middle East, part of HSBC. Before returning to London in 2000, he was General Manager, Middle East for Sportsworld Media Group, where he was in charge of setting up a design agency, TV programme sales and organising the Dubai ATP Tennis Tournament and Dubai Rugby 7’s.

At Fitch London, Anthony was Client Director for Doha Asian Games Organising Committee (DAGOC), assisting them to develop the Brand Image and Look Programme for the Doha Asian Games in 2006 that will communicate their vision and aspirations.

 
 

 

Garry Behling

Garry has over 25 years of experience in design and advertising. Starting his career in Manchester UK having obtained a BA in design and membership of the Society of Industrial Artists and Designers (SIAD).
His International experience includes Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpa, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Bahrain and now Doha, having worked for some of the most reputable and creative names in the Industry such as Young & Rubicam (Dubai), Miracle (Bahrain) & Axis Identity (KL).

Key projects include the Brand Identity and launch of Emirates Hills Dubai. Brand creation and marketing for The Golden Palm & The Cube, both large scale residential developments in Malaysia. Advertising and marketing literature for Durrat Al Bahrain. Brand creation and packaging for Bustan Foods.

Within the Financial sector some of the most creative solutions for Annual Reports PPM’s and corporate literature have been produced for City Bank, Ahli United Bank Kuwait Finance House & Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company.
